Klinion Kliniderm Foam Border Dressings are sterile, absorbent wound dressings designed to manage wound exudate while maintaining a moist wound healing environment.

Manufactured from soft, flexible polyurethane foam, each dressing features an adhesive border for secure placement and a waterproof, moisture-permeable film backing.

The absorbent foam helps manage wound fluid, while the outer film provides a bacterial barrier. The flexible construction helps the dressing conform comfortably to the body.

Kliniderm Foam Border Dressings are intended for appropriate acute and chronic wounds, including pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, abrasions and postoperative wounds.

The dressings are suitable for use under compression bandaging when clinically appropriate and may remain in place for up to seven days, depending on wound condition and clinical assessment.

Available in packs of 1, 5 or 10 individually sterile-packaged dressings.
